Informazione in rete: democrazia dal basso o dittatura dall’alto?

Data and statistics on the diffusion and access to Internet throughout the world show how Internet runs a huge business which is in the hands of a very restricted group who holds a lot of power, and, with their digital tentacles, embrace every human activity the world over. It is, then, very important (urgent!) to become conscious of this beyond the merely informative and communicative aspects.
