Résumé

L’Auteur présente l’esclavage comme clé herméneutique pour explorer le patrimoine mémoriel du peuple Haïtien et invite à passer de la fonction éducative de la mémoire comme un état de fait, à l’éducation au devoir de mémoire comme responsabilité envers les générations futures.


Summary

The author presents slavery as a hermeneutical key for exploring the memory legacy of the haitian people; her appeal is to move from the educational function of memory as a matter of fact towards education as a responsibility to future generations arising as an obligation from that memory.
