Children, war and denied rights. The right to hope

Summary

The Author re-reads the Statute of children’s rights from the perspective of the rights such as the rights to life, family relationships, health and education, enshrined therein which are denied or crushed or annulled by situations of war, noting however that, despite everything, the right to hope is incompressible, cannot be nullified in children and adolescents and the reconstruction of peace is based on this.

Riassunto

L’Autrice rilegge lo Statuto dei diritti dei minori nella prospettiva dei diritti ivi sanciti che vengono negati o compressi o annullati dalle situazioni di guerra quali i diritti alla vita, alle relazioni familiari, alla salute all’educazione, rilevando però, che nonostante tutto, il diritto alla speranza sia incomprimi-bile, non possa venire annullato nei bambini e negli adolescenti e su questo si basi la ricostruzione di pace.

La Autora hace una relectura del Estatuto de los Derechos del Niño desde la perspectiva de los derechos han sido consagrados a la niñez y que son negados, reducidos o anulados por situaciones de guerra como lo son el derecho a la vida, a las relaciones familiares, a la salud y a la educación, señalando sin embargo, que si bien el derecho a la esperanza sea incomprensible, no puede ser anulado en los niños, niñas y adolescentes y sobre eso se funda la reconstrucción de la paz.
