The article begins with rereading the deep need of relationship in the contemporary globalized world. It underlines necessity for an anthropologic foundation in order to face the current educational emergency. Therefore, the article offers a reflection about ontological structure of the human relationship because only in the community context women and men find possible conditions for growth and development of their own personal and social identities. Being and maturing together is a challenge, but it is also a real chance which education, concerned about human, should take into consideration.

L'articolo parte da una rilettura del bisogno profondo di relazione nell'attuale mondo globalizzato. Sottolinea la necessità di una fondazione antropologica per far fronte all'attuale emergenza educativa. Offre pertanto una riflessione sulla struttura ontologica relazionale della persona umana che solo in un contesto comunitario trova condizioni di possibilità per la crescita e la maturazione della propria identità personale e sociale. Essere e crescere insieme è una sfida, ma anche una reale risorsa sulla quale l'educazione, che si preoccupa dell'uomo, dovrebbe far leva.
