The author reflects on the educating community as a subject of thè educative mission beginning with an analysis of the text That They May Have Life and Have It to the Full. Guidelines for the educational mission of the FMA (2005). The theme is developed in three nuclei: education as a priority mission in giving hope to the young people in these times; the educating community as home, a school of communion, and Church; the educating community as the realization of the pedagogy of happiness and love.

Linee orientative della missione educativa delle FMA (2005). Il discorso è articolato in tre nuclei: l'educazione come missione prioritaria per dare speranza alle/ai giovani nel contesto attuale; la comunità educante come casa, scuola di comunione e Chiesa; la comunità educante come realizzazione della pedagogia della felicità e amore.
